I have a lot of PDFs of scanned articles and magazines. This app lets me annotate them even more easily than I can by hand, offering highlighting, stickers, text, and more. The free version has everything you need unless, like me, you have a huge PDF collection. Then its worth paying the $2.99 to get the search function (plus a few other utilities).

I had tested quite a few similar free apps to find one I liked. Neu.Annotate was easily the best of them. I just upgraded to the + version and it was the best money I have ever spent on an app. Take some time to see how the 6 "pens" can each be customized and youll see how versatile this app is. Thanks

Amazing Great looking annotating app with fantastic features. I like the grid, line, and plain paper options, ability to rotate selectable annotations, and the magnified writing. Although Itd be nice if handwriting could be made nicer with less effort. More intensive stroke corrections. The only minor complaint Ive got with this app is that top menu bar limits the screen; esp. in landscape mode. I wish the top options couldve been positioned at the bottom...or at least be collapsible. Im also really satisfied with the exporting and importing options. When youve got no pen&paper, this apps the best annotating app on the iPhone. (I.M.O)

This app is very impressive. A lot of editing tools and a ton of useful options. Only complaint is the lack of a "full screen" mode for reading. If you just want to read documents and are not looking for an app with a ton of PDF editing capability, this one is not for you.

As far as I can tell, this app knows nothing about your PDF content. Its basically a transparent layer on top of your PDF pages. Not useful for 2-column text where margins are tight. You cant select text and attach a collapsible note.

Works well but the support is annoying. Its through typepad so you have to sign up for this paid service. You only get a 14 day free trial. Sounds like tide-selling to me which is illegal. Anyway, I have a problem with my single line annotation tool. Inexplicably added two new tag to titles that I cant erase. Was going to ask for app support, but I refused to be lured in to a paid support service. Would prefer the option of having annotations hidden and then open when prompted. Otherwise in textbooks screen gets too crowded. Seen that option in other apps

Slow to open documents, jerky page turning. Deleted as it did not work as needed.

Best app for editing PDF but Ill like to be able to plug my iPad in a projector and choose if I want to display de control or just the active screen It would be nice to have the option so the people youre presenting to could understand how you do stuff

I bought this app expecting to get maximal use out of it for work. In the end, i was extremely disappointed for its glitchiness. You cant work continuously because the page crashes all the time. However, improving this glitch will make a huge difference and improve the user experience as well.

This app CRASHES every time you use the eraser button. Now I cant do my math homework -.-

In this version, the app is still great and I love the iCloud feature, but every time I use the eraser or do a lot of work, the app crashes and I loose some of my work. Please fix soon so I can get my math done without a problem.

I have been an avid user of PDF annotation applications on IPad. Over the few months, I have tried over five PDF annotation apps, but found most of them quite less user-friendly, including those developed by Adobe. nev + Annotate PDF has superior features that continue to amaze me as a user and a university educator. I have taken it upon myself to work in a paperless learning environment. Students send me assignments as PDF files and I correct them and e-mail them back to them online. I believe nev. + empowers me to do things undoable by other rival applications. These include: 1. It is the first time that the IPad pen feels like a regular pen with its convenient use and real-life usage. I can now do the handwriting with the same ease and comfort. All I have to do is just to zoom in and start writing. When the page size goes back to its normal size, the handwriting looks amazing. 2. The wide range of pen sizes and opacities and colors. This is an exciting feature that I have found most fulfilling. 3. The wide range of symbols in graphic forms that annotations may contain. 4. The wide range of graphic shapes that may be integrated in annotations, thus adding more power to annotations. 5. The text facilities that allows for entering text into annotations. 6. This application also allows users to launch an empty page and harness the amazing text and graphic facilities to do great designs for page covers and export them as PDF files, I commend the developers of this application for a great job! Great app, great support. I use for reading, marking papers, reviewing manuscripts, and am really pleased with it.

Bad graphics. Not user friendly. Impossible to get the text feature working (to write on a document)

I absolutely love this app! I use it everyday. But just recently, it has become extremely slow when I am moving the page.

Thank you! This is my new favorite pdf creator/annotator App! It still needs some fine tuning. This App has the Potential to take over as THE Most Popular App EVER! Im about to delete the other 6 annotation Apps I use to use!

When it comes to signing documents remotely, my clients used to have to print the page in question, sign it and return it to me either by scan or by photo with their cell. Other than the times they simply did not have access to a printer, invariably, the quality of the returned page was massacred either by a cheap black and white printing (no offence), the scanning, or even worse, a lousy picture taking (no offence again). I always had to modify the returned item, usually I had to transform it from a jpg to a pdf... Well, NOT ANYMORE!!! Thanks guys for the amazing work you did with this free app.

Its a good and useful tool, however I found a problem with the app when I try to group the pages in a file. One of them is when I download the page, I create a file with the name but the file doesnt appear and after several times to try and change the names. Other problem is when I try to join up several pages in a file, not all the pages arrive to the file and I have to look in the general file (create for default by you) and thats really difficult to figure out which is the page that I was looking for.
